Shipping and Returns

Shipping

If a package arrives with damage to the box, please take photos of the box condition before opening, as well as the condition of the products inside, and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I will do my best to help you file a claim with the carrier when possible. 

All glass items are packaged with the utmost care to mitigate any damage during shipping. That being said, glass is a fragile medium. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery and contact me within 24 hours with a description and photos of damage, and we can work together to find a solution. 

Ready-made orders will ship out within one to two weeks of purchasing unless otherwise stated on the website. Made-to-order pieces will ship out within six weeks of purchasing.

Please note that shipping times may take longer during the holiday season. 

Canada & International Shipping

At this time, shipping is only set up for US orders. For Canada or International requests, please contact us directly to request a purchasing link.

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the unique nature of stained glass and the operations of running a small business, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on products. Please read all details and measurements in product descriptions and make sure you love it before placing your order. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders on ready to ship items may be cancelled for a full refund up until shipping time. Once a package has shipped, the sale is final. 

Cancellations and refunds are not available on custom orders, and any deposit will be forfeited and handled on a case by case basis. 

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipment.
